Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the volume, and destination of your order. We offer one shipping option within EU:

• Standard: Delivery in 5-7 working days

To view the exact shipping cost for your order, simply go to your cart and add your address. The checkout page will display all available options and prices before you proceed to payment.

For shipping outside of EU (India, Canada, USA & UAE)

• Standard: Delivery in 2-3 weeks

All orders are shipped from Sweden.

Order Preparation Time:
Please note that shipping times do not include the time required to prepare your order. This could add 1 day to the delivery time. 

Customs and Taxes:
There are no customs duties or taxes within the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, your order may be subject to duties and taxes for which you are responsible. Please note that Ooru has no control over these fees and cannot provide specific cost details, as they vary by country.
